You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange. The return period begins on the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.

If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
If you are returning an item for any other reason (change of mind, incorrect size, etc.), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already been processed but not shipped, we will attempt to cancel it, but cannot guarantee cancellation.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as these items are made specifically for you.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
