Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange. The return period begins on the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.

Return Conditions

To process your return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in its original, unused condition
• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• The return must be initiated within the 30-day return period
• The item must not show signs of use, damage, or wear

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

If you are returning an item for any other reason (change of mind, incorrect size, etc.), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item back to us using the provided return address
6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange

Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed in processing.

Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with our return policy.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already been processed but not shipped, we will attempt to cancel it, but cannot guarantee cancellation.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as these items are made specifically for you.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note:

• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund if the return is not due to our error
• If you received a discount or promotion, the refund amount will reflect the price you actually paid

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
